The Ranch itself is a 150 acre farm located South of Spokane off the Pullman/Colfax Hwy. The barn was built in 1964 and it has been home to several trainers and world champions over the years. Many people that come over have a story to tell about their experiences over the years with the folks that have called this place home. We bought it 5 years ago, and have done a little fixing up here and there, and had alot of fun too, in the process.
We have 17 box stalls (12x12), 9 stalls with runs, and several large turnout pastures. We have a 75X110 indoor arena with deep sand footing. We also are in the process of building 150X200 Outdoor arena (completion Summer 2010). We offer an indoor heated washrack, and a secure tackroom. We also have an enclosed heated lounge area to watch riders in the arena and stay warm.
The clientele here is mostly focused on pleasure riding and barrel racing/gaming. We are a "barrel friendly" barn, and we get together twice a week to practice our skills all year long.
Our arena is available for rental for private clinics.
The Group barrel lesson/ practice nights thru the winter are ON! Practices are Wednesday Night from 6-9pm and the focus will be barrels. Saturdays are from 9am-1pm and it will focus on the other gaming events. We are going to have our first practices starting December 2nd. The arena is also available to schedule private riding time. Prices are $20 per horse/rider combo. $10 each additional horse. $40 for a family of 4 horses and riders. We have a heated lounge/viewing area, and will have Hot Chocolate and Coffee on! Please join us and keep your horse in shape and have a leg up on the competition come spring!
